One of the reasons I feel so strongly about Bitcoin is that it solve real utility in the form of long term capital preservation. I don't think most "products" bring real utility to people.

Worst deal in town IMO
Better yield than $STRC because it is junior in the capital stack. More risk = higher yield.
Upside is dependent on $MSTR performance which last time I checked… is in the garbage. 🗑️📉
Offering size “silently” slashed 90%.
I would never be a buyer.
