We as Pakistanis are the sons of same soil. We own Indus civilization. We own this land's culture, music, cusines, literature, languages, attires, dances, art and everything. Almost 90% of Pakistani Muslims converted from Hinduism. We have no hesitation in accepting it. Yes we also have very deep linkages with Arabs, Turks and Central Asian States due to Islam, which runs in our soul and blood. It took us a while, but we have been able to finally fuze Islam and our heritage into our lives and day to day events. To set the historic record straight, it was only very late that majority of un-divided Indian Muslims demanded a completely separate land for themselves. Initially they just wanted a greater political representation, constitutional safeguards and autonomy within a united India, rather than a separate country; however, Congress and its leaders persisted with their stubbornness. Mr. Jinnah was a domoinant Congress leader and remained a great supporter of Hindu-Muslim unity. Similarly Iqbal (saray jahan say acha Hindustan hamara) was also supporter of united India.
