While other teams who didn't even play in their conference championships, don't play till Saturday. So the committee basically punished Arkansas for winning the SEC championship. We are excited to be in the tournament and YES we are excited about going to Portland. A city that I have always enjoyed being in! As a matter of fact, one of the best players we have ever coached Terrence Jones was from there. Looking forward to the trip, even though it is quite a distance!

There seems to have been zero point to winning the SEC tourney. One and done 'Bama gets an extra two days off, a Friday start, plays fairly close to home and is a higher 4 seed than Arkansas which has to play on three days rest 1,600 miles from home. The committee is clueless.
