All gerrymandering makes me angry. Including yours. One could even argue that your state has set the example for the “confederate” states. I guess when you play stupid games you win stupid prizes. You could also say practice what you preach. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Don’t be a hypocrite….. etc

@SenWarren You should do the math on what would have happened if y’all had put SS funds in an s&p index fund instead of whatever bs actually happened. Pretty sure we wouldn’t be having this conversation.

Republicans' plan: rip up Social Security, make it work worse for Americans, and sell it for parts.
We won't let that happen.

This week, Ted Cruz, the architect of the new Trump accounts for kids, laid out a strategy for turning these new investment vehicles into a Social Security alternative - fulfilling the promise of the failed Bush-era Social Security privatization effort axios.com/2026/05/08/cru…

@SenWarren It’s literally not. It’s your concern as a lawmaker. Pass a law against stock trading for all politicians and I’ll become a democrat.
English

@Tim_Walz Seriously, Tim, you’re concerned about insider trading among politicians now? Lmfao

So how much will the Trump family make in the stock market tomorrow morning?

@MonKiSpunky @BernieSanders Oh I know. I like Bernie but that’s one of the reasons I’ve never voted for him.

@TheJonSandberg @BernieSanders bernie has consistently voted again tax cuts since the 1980s btw
English

@BernieSanders It’s always been time for congress to listen to the American people. Neither party has been very good at that in recent history. You should use grok to determine just how many issues the American people agree on - yet lawmakers remain blind and deaf. Sad.

@Rothmus My parents don’t even have Alzheimer’s and this post still gets me.

@grahamformaine I’m down. First show me just one government program that has made good use of the tax dollars it was given. Just one. I’ll wait
English

@SenWarren Your answer to gov overspending is to find new ways to tax people. Try what every American has to do: make a budget that makes sense. Then stick to it. I know the math is hard but I believe in you
English

You should focus on insider trading within gov. None of yall should be getting generational wealth off of your public service jobs. By contrast, Jeff bezos provides a service that Americans benefit from. You don’t: I can’t remember the last time any politician used my tax dollars in a way that even makes sense…. Let alone impressed me. Jeff impresses me every week at least. I get what I need at or near the lowest price. And I get it tomorrow. You should try out that business model. See if the American people appreciate you: I bet they will

@BarackObama Well, it tripled my insurance rates, so, great job.

The day the Affordable Care Act passed was one of my proudest moments as president, because it meant that millions of Americans would have access to health care, some for the first time.
The ACA also prevented insurance companies from denying people with pre-existing conditions coverage, allowed young people under the age of 26 to remain on their parents’ plan, expanded Medicaid, and so much more.
But the ACA was always meant to be a first step. We still have to do more to expand access and make health care more affordable for everyone.

@elonmusk You gotta love doers getting together. This is how the world changes.

@OrvillePopcorn your pour over packs don’t actually tear. There’s a tear line but you have to cut it with scissors every time or it won’t pour.
Here’s the thing: I buy your product for convenience. An air popper or kettle corn is cheaper and better popcorn. Hands down.
Stop shirking on convenience or I’ll stop buying your product. Same goes for @GeneralMills, @Pillsbury, ziplock bags, the list goes on and on.
Y’all know already and you don’t care. Prove me wrong.
