The Montreal shooter demonstrated why the removable magazine replaced the fixed magazine and stripper clips, in military service. His manual of arms on the SKS stripper clip reload was slow and awkward. Thankfully, for the general public, he didn't train well.

This is so absolutely horrifying... It appears a female police officer in Montreal just executed an innocent man who was trying to get away from an active shooter. From the footage it looks like the innocent man startles her and she opens fire on him? Horrific.
