@ashleighbaber @JMUChemistry Dr. Black played a big role in me becoming a chemist. As part of the Minority Educational program at Yale, I took chemistry with Dr. Black the summer before attending Smith College. She inspired me to continue. It is so important to have role models like Dr. Black. Rest in power.
