24 year old Australian, Toyah Cordingley's body was discovered on an isolated beach in Cairns.
Indian nurse Rajwinder Singh was finally found guilty of her murder a few months ago.
Singh, 41, repeatedly stabbed Cordingley & slashed her throat at a Far North Queensland beach in 2018 before fleeing to India, spending years in hiding.
Cordingley was discovered by her loving father half-buried in sand dunes at Wangetti Beach, north of Cairns, a day after she failed to return from walking her dog.

The expectation that Brown people must collectively answer for the actions of one individual creates a standard that few others are asked to meet. Collective apologies don't promote accountability, they reinforce the notion that Brown Britons are outsiders whose loyalty and belonging are always subject to scrutiny.
We're not guests in British society. We're part of it. Accountability belongs to the individual who committed the act, not to an entire community.

Just two people arrested at that riot in Southampton last night where police were repeatedly attacked. Virtually zero consequences for those who stirred up a riot and those who perpetrated it.
Now that's what I call two tier policing.

Thoughts are with those brave police officers in Southampton tonight facing appalling thuggish behaviour by people who just want to be violent and riot. The same people claiming they’re doing it in Henry’s name when the family clearly don’t want this.

Everything about this footage is appalling. Henry’s family deserves a proper inquiry into how and why the police behaved with such callous disregard for his young life. And the killer’s family deserves proper accountability for their disgraceful behaviour.
