i lived in London for many years growing up. went back and visited a few years ago to see some friends. as far as cities goes, London is by far my favorite. London has some of the best restaurants, museums, theatre, history, shopping, and parks. it's so walkable and accessible. you can learn something on almost every street. there's a vibe in every section of the city. genuinely love this city. would i live there full-time again? no - i would like a bit more sun and warmth regularly. do i plan to visit frequently? absolutely.

If you spent all day online, you’d think London was a write-off. The Croydon water park tiktok videos probably didn’t help. But Londonmaxxing has taken off for a reason (thx @GRITCULT ). Strip away the doommongering and London still has a lot going for it...
