@MadS100tist Endo morpho. How do you form a 3d shape, what constraints give rise to that shape, how does that shape drive other shapes? How do the cells know, who, what, when and where they are? Who tells them, what tells them, how do they listen? How does the environment impact all this?

Haven't done a #FluorescenceFriday in a while. So here's what we have been working on in collab with Brittany Magalis here at U of L. Our first attempt at humanized zebrafish. Magenta is an Ab against Neurofilament associated antigen. Green is an Ab against human T-cells.
