That’s why Telegram Secret Chats never show message content in push notifications. Since 2013, Secret Chats have remained the most secure usable way to communicate. US gov funded Signal has too many questionable dependencies on other US companies (AWS, MS, Intel SGX…)

@Proton_Pass You can’t optimize for both usability and security — you’ll end up with ugly compromises, like WhatsApp leaking 95% of messages via unencrypted backups or Signal exposing messages through push notifications. Hence, you need two types of chats: 100% usable and 100% secure.
