Most marketers are lazy. They only chase the 3%. The "Ready To Buy" crowd. But the real money is in the 97% below the surface.

You can easily sign 10-20 clients per month if you have a front-end cold traffic offer. I put together a complete step-by-step guide on how to build a cold traffic offer so irresistible that prospects think "why would I even say no?" Like + comment "OFFER" and I'll DM it to you

I met a guy who owns multiple football clubs, health clinics and other ventures yesterday while in London. One of the most down to earth geezers I’ve ever met as well. I love London.

@evanseech Can confirm this. Took me too long to figure this one out as well. Interestingly most prospects need multiple reminders of where to view this stuff.

There is 1 thing that will absolutely destroy your chances of being successful with Facebook ads. Your pre-call email sequence. A GOOD one will 2-3x the ROI on your ad campaign. A BAD one will drastically reduce the chances anyone shows up to the call. You need to make sure of 2 things: 1. Prospects can research you 2. They research you on YOUR terms We do this with short, value-dense emails designed to speed up prospects' due diligence process. (straight up answering objections and questions before the call) And they’re formatted to be super scannable with 1-2 lines per paragraph. Supported by: • Images • Bullet point lists • Links to SOPs, videos, resources This makes a MASSIVE difference.

@Seanfrank I’ve never seen the sense in charging a % of email sales tbh. I’ve never done it with clients. It creates a world where the email team will send too many emails and take big risks to secure the bag, torching deliverability and ruining the brands reputation.

"We are a retention agency. But get this- We charge a % of revenue. Send more emails? More money for us. Push for bigger promos? More money for us. EARLY BLACK FRIDAY? EXTENDED BLACK FRIDAY? BLACKER FRIDAY???? MORE MONEY FOR US"

You need to understand For creatives you either have to go full ugly, or full professional Anything in between is „just an ad“ to the user

Marketing only feels hard when nobody is listening. Once something clicks, it feels easy. Stay consistent until it does.

If you're getting bad leads through your ads, it's one of two things: 1. Your messaging is speaking directly to poor people 2. You're not articulating any pain points, desires, or circumstances your ideal prospects are experiencing right now. You're just slinging "we will do X for you" without saying anything that resonates with affluent demographics. Or worse, you’re making things up. Things you “think” your ICP resonates with (but doesn’t) If you want better leads, write out every avatar you want to target. Under each avatar, list 20-50 bullet points of the: • Pain points they have • Real-time scenarios they're in • Proof points about your service • Desires and outcomes they want • Current circumstances they're dealing with Each bullet should have one reason they should buy from you. And turn it into one individualized ad. Do this, and your lead quality problem disappears.

I’ve made over £100M in sales from marketing. I only realised this week. Not bad for a dad from the UK with a mild tea obsession.

Facebook paid me $315 this month Blows my mind that they pay me for getting 1.4M views on content for a side project Even crazier, it's all automated, AI-generated content The plan is to grow the followers, my email list and go all in with affiliate marketing #buildinpublic

Your calendar is lying to you Look at tomorrow's schedule. How many hours are blocked for: Outreach? Sales calls? Delivery? If the answer is 0, you're working on the wrong things. 2 hours of outreach tomorrow morning. No exceptions. Book calls. Close sales. Deliver value.

Business owners waste 21.8 hours per week on tasks worth £40/hour. You're literally throwing away £31,000+ a year. Here's what actually makes money: - Booking appointments - Closing sales - Delivering value Everything else is theft.

Most entrepreneurs won't accept how boring business actually is. Consistent input. Consistent leadership. You have to sacrifice the highs to avoid the lows. Give up the dopamine rush to maintain steady focus. Boring execution beats exciting ideas every time.

It's not your marketing... "We just need better ads." No. You need a product people want. If it was good, they'd tell their mates without you asking. Great products sell themselves. Mediocre ones need constant shouting. Fix the product first.
