@UrbanAlchemyUA I'm in the 8th Street shelter in Austin and apparently it's OK for me to sleep in a room that had a raw sewage FLOOD a couple days ago....and now there's an ammonia smell with nothing being done about it.

@AmazonHelp Can you explain to me how you can get something to my front door in less than 24 hours, but it takes you over 5 days when it's supposedly undeliverable? Not to mention that the support I've talked to has hung up on me repeatedly!!!
