The Atlantic Division is a different story. You have to fight for every inch of ice, but in the pillow-fight division, there is plenty of room. Mitch knew what he was doing, and it was well planned. There is no pressure over there, where no one cares.

Mitch Marner’s finally looking like the player everybody thought he was because he’s in Vegas on a team that actually has some depth! Guys are contributing, not just standing around watching him carry the puck. They’ve got puck moving defensemen who can actually transition the puck, and they’ve got legit shut down guys who do the dirty work. That’s what winning looks like. You can’t just game plan to shut down one or two stars to win.
