@AbhijitS0808 @EurekaForbes I agree with Abhijit. The company is scamming us with its AMC services. They take the full year AMC and provide no support at all. Still frustrated and hopeless in this regard. Never recommending this Company to anyone else ever.

@EurekaForbes complaint no. W20022741. 72025 We have AMC and have booked quarterly maintenance in Feb end. It's already 19th March but there is no technician assigned or the assigned technician doesn't bother to answer calls.

@EurekaForbes There is no action, no support, no after sales service, no response, no decency, false claims, false assurances on a social media platform. Why is the company taking AMC money when they are not ready to provide any support at all.

@EurekaForbes I have raised this issue 2 days back and I don't see any movement or escalation in this regard. Have dropped several msgs in DM but all I am getting is false assurances. Raising a consumer complaint tomorrow if there is no confirmation by EOD.

@bankofbaroda Credit card Complaint number 13852121 raised on 19th Jan 26. It has been 20 days and still the complaint remain unresolved. No mail, no call has been received from customer executives. Such unacceptable services are being offered to customers.

@bobcardofficial I am chasing since 20th Jan and it's end of Feb, still no satisfactory replies have been received. My next bill is already generated and is due in next week. An official consumer complaint will be filed if there is no solution by tmrw EOD.
