@TheModernSimian

Simply posting my thoughts. Nothing I say is financial advice. If it seems like it, it's probably satire. I'm a happy soul driving an ape-like biomachine.

@vladtenev I'm surprised your PR Team thought it was a good idea to post this, but everyone involved remembers what really happened. RH was part of the collusion to turn off the buy button and force PCO. The people will never forget, even if you try to point fingers elsewhere, hypocrite.

@chiocchio @larryvc @PSAcard A custodian is safe keeping an asset legally in your name, yes. For convenience, also yes. CS does the same, your argument is just that Larry should have mentioned a transfer agent instead of a brokerage, but he wouldn't do that for legal reasons (probably). I'm also DRSed btw.

@TheModernSimian @larryvc @PSAcard What you described was a legal entitlement. Larry is legally entitled to get his cards back if he pays a fee, and if the cards don't get lost, damaged, stolen in transport or storage, then they will be returned. Hard to do anything with your cards when you don't have access.

Transferred my collectible card collection to the @PSAcard vault which has a good online management platform - it’s like upgrading from holding paper stock certificates in a file cabinet to having an online brokerage account.

@chiocchio @larryvc @PSAcard He didn't trade ownership, his cards are literally in a vault with their own serial # to identify them with. The equivalent would be him taking his physical share certificate to Computershare. Yes, you no longer have the "share" in your hands, but it's still uniquely yours.

@TheModernSimian @larryvc @PSAcard Larry did the opposite. He traded ownership of his cards for an IOU for his cards. There is a benefit to the service it if looking to sell the cards or put into long term storage (moving / leaving country), but much risk of losing unique items (transport, storage, theft, loss).

@chiocchio @larryvc @PSAcard That's why I said almost, Computershare literally pulls physical certificates (Pokemon cards in this scenario) from the DTCC and becomes the custodian (in your name) as the designated transfer agent for a stock. The cards would be yours, not in street name with you a beneficiary.

@TheModernSimian @larryvc @PSAcard It's exactly opposite of what he did. More like taking your Directly Registered Shares and transferring them to your broker... like he said. It's the GameStop way, they hate direct ownership and any transparency that comes along with it.

@CitronResearch Investors see through Citron getting their ass kicked (again) and crying because of it on this platform, all because you guys kept shorting and distorting. Good luck keeping up those margin requirements.

What made Keith Gill aka Kitty interesting initially was his authenticity. He shared a detailed investment thesis and put his money where his mouth was, which combined with a high short interest and a restless country and boom.. investing history. This time it feels different Now, with $GME, he posts with a large account and a significant near-term option position, appearing more like manipulation without a solid thesis. Considering the stock is now 2,000% higher than his initial video almost 4 years ago. We believe someone is backing Gill—there's no way he made this size trade alone. His reported finances don't support t his trade. Investors will see through this roaring Icarus

The hardest obstacle is insecurity. It can feel uncomfortable being the "dumbest" person in a room. Or having people challenge you and tell you that you're wrong. Some people rather live in their bubble of comfortability. Drop the ego if you want to grow.

When you’re on a 20-year journey, what matters is that you’re with the right people, going to the right place, in the right way. What matters less is whether you’re ahead or behind in the first year of the journey.
