GameStop $GME+ warrants are trading higher today. We are 198 days away from warrant expiration on October 30, 2026. There’s a chance we see some action in this window. In theory, the warrants could be extended at the discretion of GameStop. Thoughts?

Update: $QNTM quietly published a revised Form 11 on 4/14, which reveals that they understated the number of RSUs exercised by execs in a March filing. Why is everything so difficult with this company? Filings are often late, incomplete, or wrong. @zsaeed @Malone_Wealth

@ValueOrion Out of the money warrants are a liability to shareHODLers who are looking at keeping their equity %. If Cede & Co exercises their warrants, then retail shareHODLers equity % becomes lower in GameStop. Even worse - CEO performance award is more poorly valued dilution at $20.66.

@chiocchio My $0.02 - $GME shareholders see the performance of Ryan and the board, evident from quarterly / annual reports. Shareholders aren’t opposed to exec compensation based on strong performance. Warrants are not a liability, especially at no cost directly from GameStop.

@rnewton7777 GameStop is excellent to trade, especially if you knew the CEO was put here to dilute shareHODLers and fail to deliver any shareHODLer value. Traders / shorts (selling options) made all kinds, while shareHODLers received nothing over the past 5 years. Frauds everywhere.
