The argument that jason is "mentally a child" has always pissed me off because god forbid jason isnt a perfect victim of trauma and immediately gets infantilized by a good chunk of the community/posers.

The movie ended with Jason walking out of the lake with Freddy’s head and he had no issues with it. He only feared it in the dream world because he could sense it could actually hurt him there
