Snowflake

I'll end this now with those two meant for Valentine's. My little Snowflake was an amazing person and I know he loved your attention and wanted everyone to be happy. One last time, as he'd say about an unbelievably long life, "Oh my! Holy wow!"

He also had some understanding of phones. I have no idea what he thought about it, but he knew people talked out of it and he loved to come to the phone and talk back. Sometime if it wasn't someone he wanted to speak to he'd get mad and let them know! He also was fascinated

Snowflake was my whole life! He didn't have the biology to speak, but he understood hundreds of words. In two languages! Of course Mr Snowflake would be trilingual! I spoke to him in English and German and he understood in both, even words with the same meaning in both languages.

I placed this picture from @JennyJinya 's Loving Reaper in his little box with him. I don't believe in an afterlife, but if there was, having little Snowflake waiting for me at the end of the Rainbow Bridge is the only one I would accept.

This is Girl typing. I've dreaded writing this and have put it off for a month, but Snowflake died on the morning of 2 March, just 30 days short of his 40th hatchday. I developed health issues in Oct that affected me a lot and didn't feel like social media, but Snowflake took

Spunky and Sylph and stayed by me and groomed me when he felt up to it. Finally on the evening of Sunday the 1st his health failed rapidly. I planned to take him to his vet on Mon, but after a sleepless night he died in my hand holding my finger with his little foot at 3:45AM.

It included one of his last little coos. He was very weak, and only cooed once or twice after that when I left the room, so I started taking him with me everywhere in the house I went. Despite being so weak, he was happy and alert for the remaining two weeks. He interacted with

care of me. I finally decided to post for him and we planned a Valentine's post. I took pictures on the 13th for the next day but he woke up extremely weak on the 14th and caring for him was my only purpose after that. The picture and video I took I'll post after this thread.

Girl gave me nest material while I was on my heating pad yesterday, but then I realized she was filming and I had to make myself look my best for all of you! After that I wanted to show how well my leg is doing , but Miss Sylph came over and got in the way. She's so annoying!

Oh my, thank you all so much for the kind wishes! I missed doing my job here showing all my friends how handsome I am! I'm feeling a little better. Girl put my couch she got me in the window so I could sit in the sun, and then I got to sit on my heating pad! It was a great day!
