2 years ago, this founder calls me telling me he'll fly me out to trial and offer me a job with a number i couldn't fathom was real at the time. i was a 3rd year computer engineering uni student and i go nah nah it's okay, all i want to do is go to google genuinely, i'm not sure how my parents would feel. he's like i can get your parents on the phone right now and convince them to let you drop out and fk faang. i went woah holy confidence but ahh probably not. fast forward a year, sure enough i got the big tech offers. but then one of my side projects made more monthly profit than the offers. so i dropped the offers, and left school. we raised and i'm in sf co-founding. shoutout to that founder @avipat_ who brought that crazy energy that inspired me to be a founder over that call. and obviously he's doing insanely good rn. extremely bullish.

Confirmed that Anthropic - as of now - has removed Claude Code from new Pro signups. This is what the pricing page looks like. Feels like Anthropic has the bet that those doing coding work will be willing and ready to pay at least $100/month, going forward.
