@SamQuinnCBS Problem is figuring out who the real worst teams are when teams are allowed to fake it by tanking. So just getting a general these are not good teams might be the best they can do.

We should want the worst teams to get the top picks. The problem is that tanking obscures who the worst teams actually are. But if the commissioner can suspend you for artificially making your team worse, doesn’t that sort of solve that problem?

@jmorton78 Nets have no reason to tank next season dont have their own pick. Plus getting pwat would make the pick the Nuggets owe Nets get better in theory. This is a viable threat

@SamQuinnCBS Yes the math says tank but that requires public humiliation and shame in front of entire league almost no owner coach or player are going to be ok with it might happen but I would guess very rarely

What sounds more appealing for a team's long-term outlook: Picking No. 17 and having, say, a 5-10% chance at beating the No. 2 seed? Or having a pick somewhere between No. 1 and No. 16 while retaining a chance to make the playoffs and probably losing to the No. 1 seed anyway?

The T'Wolves committed 9 turnovers in that quarter and trail by 5 points. That's not a good sign.

@AlexGodofsky If you think this is some revelation you are a moron. The logic of the red voters is specifically that you don't know how other people are going to vote. If you remove that uncertainty then you also remove the need to vote red. Except for me, I vote red to cull the moron blues.

We did the red/blue voting thing and everyone else voted and now it's your turn. The vote tallies are suddenly revealed to you and the vote is exactly 50/50. If you vote blue everyone lives, if you vote red all the people who voted blue die. How do you vote?

Nuggets shot 27.8% from 3 and 37 of of 86 from the field. Whistle will likely not go this much in Denver's way throughout the series but Wolves are statistically more foul prone and Denver draws a lot. Wolves lost the non-Jokic minutes by 3. Wound up 17-17 in points off turnovers
