@Gman_of_the_UK Thats awful... There was last minute restrictions on the shipment we had tried and tested by UPS and this was switched to last minute, but it clearly did a horrible job. The next prints will be better packaged, just send Juniper a complain ticket and get a replacement. So sorry

@TheNerdforge Received my Broken Oaths print yesterday. Already submitted a support ticket. Real shame that the print was only in a box honestly. Was there a reason that a poster tube wasn't used? I assume because of the card? Hopefully the rest of them will have better luck!

Absolutely gutted how my @TheNerdforge print just arrived, box crushed, tamper sticker ripped, print bent and dented. Juniper Crates need to do a better job packing these prints 💔😭

@TheNerdforge Just received the first print from Fablegate.com and I am very disappointed in the shipping quality... No protection in a rectangular shipping box. Bents and damages all around an awesome print :/

@TheNerdforge my broken oaths print got slightly damaged in shipping- seems the box was crushed at some point which flattened the print creating hard creases in the print. Could you consider asking your shipping team to use a hard poster tube for the next prints to prevent this?

We've been so excited waiting for our prints to be delivered, checking the tracking every morning to see where it was on its journey, and it got delivered this morning like this.... 🥲 @TheNerdforge

@nickmanbridge Hey! It's just to prevent import charges. On the original order they couldn't charge you VAT, so the worry was that you'd have to pay a processing fee on that. If that's not a concern for you, don't do anything and you will receive them normally :)
