@maxplayscfb Max with the analytics to save us again! If I went into politics, could you run the analytics for my campaign?

A sudden, thundering boom reverberated in the Boston area on Saturday. The authorities were investigating the cause, but some officials suggested that it could have been a meteorite. nyti.ms/437Jh3T

Abdul Carter says he will only address Jaxson Dart introducing Donald Trump one time:
"Some things are bigger than football, and this is one of those things.
Jaxson is one of our leaders - he's the face of our franchise. He represents himself and what he does, and he represents all of us.
If he chooses to align himself with a man like President Trump, it's my responsibility based on what I believe and what I stand on to not only show my teammates that I'm against that, but to show the world.
That doesn't mean that we have to spread hate. That doesn't mean that me and Jaxson hate each other or we have beef. I sit next to Jaxson every day - we're close, we talk.
As long as we make sure we have the same goal as a team, and our goals align - which they do -that's all that matter.
I just want to move past this."

Let me trace the timeline here because nobody's connecting it.
Step 1: Scrape the entire internet. Every book, every article, every conversation, every piece of art, every forum post. Do it without asking. Do it without paying.
Step 2: Train a model on all of it. Call it "artificial intelligence."
Step 3: Go to BlackRock's Infrastructure Summit and announce: "We see a future where intelligence is a utility, like electricity or water, and people buy it from us on a meter."
Step 3 is where you sell people's own knowledge back to them. On a meter.
They took the collective output of human thought, compressed it into a model, and now they want to charge you by the token to access a version of what you and everyone you know already created.
One Reddit user put it perfectly: "They stole all this data from us, the people, our life's work, creativity, art, by devouring the internet and blowing through all copyright laws. Now they want to sell it back to us in the form of a utility."
Imagine if someone photocopied every book in the public library, burned the library down, and then opened a subscription service for the copies.
That's the metered intelligence business model.
And they're pitching it to infrastructure investors as though they invented water.

@UTxJGTheDon @TheNBABase They could also make the shoe more available! No reason people have to get stampeded or robbed on their way out the store because supply is running low
English

@TheNBABase I can name 5 other reasons why Nike basketball shoes aren't selling, and one of em is not "the players aren't as popular as they used to be".
Make the shoes affordable
Make better models
Better appeal to the casual wear crowd
Understand that ppl are broke
Do better collabs

Nike is reportedly struggling to sell basketball shoes because NBA players "aren’t as popular as they used to be," per @WindhorstESPN
Financial experts claim the lack of player popularity is now directly hitting Nike’s revenue and stock price.

@kjcarson @raphousetv2 But what if they choose to ignore to do all of those rules
English

@raphousetv2 All you have to prove is that your patent configuration number was used as a component in their renderings. Their original renderings to their manufacturer must be produced. Show them you have the time..and then they’ll have to come off the money.

@NIWT_TWIN If X (profits gained) - y (legal fees) = z (surplus of money), then as a business you choose to follow through on the action that leads to the lawsuit
Note: * Legal fees can include just the actual cost of litigation, or both the costs of litigation and Court ordered payment
English

@NIWT_TWIN Yes Sir. The inventor Julian Brown is 100% accurate. These companies have armies of lawyers. The reality is that spending millions in legal fees is ultimately nothing compared to the money gained from stealing someone’s idea. Here is a formula for it:
