Pretty happy. After the Hardeman debacle, you just never know, so to see 🐐 back is a relief. Scott needed to come in with his form. And although a small made sense for with how tall we are, it’s a positive for our future Whitlock gets another game. Now let’s get Grippo in 🔜 🙏

@kanganalyst Take last week out of it, he’s been more than serviceable. Improved a heap defensively, and is a steady user. Hopefully he can continue to build.

#Kangas Still seeing people find ways to hate on him. Saying he “turns over the ball too much” thats literally impossible when he doing 85-90% efficiency per game 💀 and people still believe he sa’d someone when thats clearly the wrong father son 😭😭

An unpopular take. I like Max as a player, nice athletic profile with good upside and I love the romance of him getting to North with the family history. But if we need to offer 5 years to get this done it’s getting a little steep for mine on exposed form.

@TheNorthDoc Mate we have blokes like dylan stephens Charlie spargo running around on 3 year deals. I reckon he is a serious player only going to get better. He's tried to come home. Id be staggered if he stays there.

@TheNorthDoc Agree. For me, best outcome from here this year, play the kids, get below the Suns on the ladder, nail pick (5), get given and nail (25), get McCartney as FS, plus get a free agent key defender. Next few years then all about filling last gaps with free agents.

There are the only three spots on the ladder where North would both: - Miss finals - Miss being handed an early 2nd rd draft pick. 11th-13th. We are 13th. Clarko cost us Reid in the last qtr of the last game, let’s now watch him slot us into that window playing his oldies.

@nmfc_18 I like a lot of that. I am at the crossroads with JK. He’s kicked 7 goals for the whole season as a small forward. Yep, granted he provides some pressure. But not near enough pressure to offset that complete lack of scoreboard threat.

@TheNorthDoc I like it..I prer chom at chf and Corr fb and swap kerch and stiffy... Id like to see 2 small fwds playing together so play JK or Dova and Banch.and rest JD and CD. Scott for mine cant bridge the gap from vfl to afl. grippo looks like he might surprise a few..roll the dice

@TheNorthDoc Bailey Scott’s definitely gonna come in now that Blamires is out with concussion. Goater will probably come in for either LMac or Harvey. Griffin SURELY gets a debut now. Bring him in and give Darling a rest. I’d like to experiment with River Stevens for Spargo. He interests me.

Stephens won’t be dropped, but I’m not seeing near enough hurt factor from him in the forward half. He’s had a monopoly over the spot for the year and I’m just not seeing it yet. Needs a spell to find something. JK will also come back in which is a 🤦‍♂️ for me.

Whitlock stays. Give him a block of games. Be patient, he’s played 6 games. Develop him, go watch VFL if you want to see how bad the delivery is. Same goes for Duurs. He’s too talented to not continue to take a punt on him.

JD probably needs a rest. If so, Goad comes in to chop out the ruck around the ground. Unfortunately his game time will be very low, but it keeps Trem closer to home for longer. Max also looms large.
