@JLSteffaniak My favorite pick up truck is my Honda Civic.
I make no further elaboration.

If I didn’t follow and have the opportunity to speak to brothers like Colton, I’d have left this app a long time ago.
Thankful for his voice.

I am leery of anyone who makes so many theological distinction about what the gospel is that it no longer sounds like good news to poor sinners. Make of that what you will. εὐαγγέλιον

@MasonSCraig Elaborate?
How is Mike a sinking ship? His theology?

Liberal denominations live in denial of the obvious fact that the sharp decline of their churches is due to liberalism.
Not all denominations that are declining are liberal, but all liberal denominations are declining.
It is common sense that if you do not preach any objective metaphysical truth claims, nobody will see any reason to go to church

@SamuelC13877599 @ReformedCaio I enjoy talking to ChatGPT at times.
English

@TheOBroShow @ReformedCaio And here you are still talking to one presumably. K
English

@SamuelC13877599 @ReformedCaio Bots are pretty sophisticated at this point now.
English

@TheOBroShow @ReformedCaio So you believe I'm a bot account then... usually, those are the ones you just ignore. But look at you.
English

@TheOBroShow @ReformedCaio I didn't update it after a business that didn't get off the ground.
English

@SamuelC13877599 @ReformedCaio Your whole profile is A.I. related. Your profile picture, banner, and bio.
Sorry bro but I'm not buying it.
English

@ReformedCaio @SamuelC13877599 That just makes me think this is a bot account now actually lol
English

@TheOBroShow @SamuelC13877599 He is the CEO of an AI company. You would think that he would know how these algorithms work.

English

@RevReads289 This is prevalent in both camps and is why healthy, critical, and long-form dialogue is necessary.
English

@RyanHurst171 @ColtonYarbro And the emphasis on either of those realities may change depending on the person or audience as well.
Meaning, to the neonomians they need to hear the latter far more than the former, and vice versa with the antinomians.
English

@ColtonYarbro It definitely can be. The easiest way to explain it (imo) is that works are necessary, but do not merit grace
English

@ColtonYarbro I strongly disliked the direction he took in his latest Stormlight book, so I'm also hesitant to recommend him in general right now too 😂
English

@TheOBroShow Oh absolutely. Don’t go to Sanderson for theology.
English

Aside from the fact that he is wrong…
Kids: Mom, can we get Brandon Sanderson?
Mom: We have Brandon Sanderson at home.
*Brandon Sanderson at home 👇

Believing in FALSE RELIGIONS or false doctrines that still lead you to do good IS NOT A SIN! Any belief that says different (that you deserve to suffer eternally for wrong but sincere benevolent held beliefs) IS OF THE DEVIL AND AN ABOMINATION!
English

@Modern1689 They'd definitely be a minority within Lutheranism broadly.
English

@TheOBroShow I’m asking are they a minority or majority within Lutheranism broadly
English

@Modern1689 You mean, they would be the minority? If you're extrapolating denominations to "Lutheran," than yes they would be a minority for sure.
English

@RyanHurst171 I wish people would just say they don’t agree with Reformed theology and those who follow it, rather than fabricate a strawmanned reconstruction.
Also, it’s easy for non-denom pastors to become frustrated with members entertaining Reformed thought. It’s a challenge.
English

Adherence to a confession and submission to it is precisely for the conviction that it is Biblical and faithful to God’s Word.
I would love to see examples of the type of idolatry among Reformed folks, Robb. Because this is quite the charge.
Robb Brunansky@RobbBrunansky
Too many professing Christians worship the historic Reformed confessions as idols and revere being “Reformed” more than being biblical.
