My girl don’t do this shit for fun. We make content because our jets have fuel costs but I used to run that game and then purposefully retired from it because of weird shit like this. It’s hard to ignore how situations like this affect kids; not just physically, but emotionally. Hunger is one thing, and then also the embarrassment and shame in front of peers can stick with a child for years. Schools are supposed to be safe spaces, and denying food this way feels like a system failing the very kids it’s meant to support.
How do we create a better solution where no child is left hungry or humiliated in a place meant to care for them?

If you were denied service like this… would you be offended, or stop and wonder if they saw something you didn’t?
