It feels long overdue, but it’s finally happening. I am proud to announce that #KingdomOfTrials launched on Amazon. Not many people know this, but I’ve been back in Belgium since late 2023. I didn’t return voluntarily. After ‘serving my time’ and completing all of the legal requirements, I was told to leave the country. So I’ve had to close the door on my life in Thailand – after 15 years – for now. I’d love to tell you that regaining my freedom – a battle I fought long and hard for – made 2024 a great success. But it wasn’t. It was the toughest year of them all. I lost my business, I struggled with losing the love of my life, and I was forced out of the country that I called my home. If that wasn’t enough, on Christmas Eve last year, anxiety hit me like never before. Probably because the entire weight of the tragedy that was hanging over me – after eight long years – finally came crashing down.
