🚨I'm looking for a DAWGGG who wants to build 🚨
I run AdSumo Digital - we're a DTC Ecommerce marketing agency that started back in 2023 and has worked with over 30+ brands and a team of 9. We do email/SMS, landing pages, and paid ads for brands doing $1M-$30M+
I've been deep in trying to building internal AI tools for the agency and our clients, using Claude Code to automate some workflows, Manus to generate ad briefs, Nano Banana Pro to produce static ads at scale, and working on custom UI internal softwares so the team can be 10x more productive and focus on strategy
I'm not looking for a freelancer. I need someone who can actually build these kinds of things alongside me - automations, SOPs, department structures, AI workflows - and wants to grow with the agency
This is a genuine opportunity to come build with me → own operations → COO (A players only)
Whether you're a media buyer who wants a bit more or a creative strategist who wants to build on top of that skill and eventually own our paid ads creative department, or run our landing page/CRO division, or growing into a full COO role - the path is here and you'll be incentivized on the impact you create
Looking for the right person
DM me if that's you or if you know someone and lets yap
RT for visibility if your a homie

Wanted: Geniuses.
"Talent is hitting a target no one else can hit. Genius is hitting a target no one else can see"
We're hiring (again) a Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner at OpsKings.
Business owners making millions a year hire us because they get stuck.
Their janky spreadsheets and project management tools are holding them back. Even after they start ramping into the system we build them, they’ll scale more and new friction points will arrive.
Your job is to figure out how to solve these problems
You'll speak daily to business owners - listening to what they say, but more importantly, understanding what they're NOT saying
Then you spec it. You work with our solutions team to design it. Our devs build it. And you make sure the client’s team loves it
You won’t “record whatever they ask for”. Instead, you'll figure out what's needed. The root cause nobody else sees.
Months or years later, you'll realize you were instrumental in transforming dozens of businesses, and you'll have a business unit of your own to increase the scale of your impact
What we need:
-You've actually shipped real systems. For real clients. That real humans use
-You have existing client-facing experience—ideally you've run your own freelance business and you're ready to join a fast-moving team with serious infrastructure behind you (this is a great fit if you run a biz now but realized that messing around with APIs isnt as fun as the solutions design & client relationship)
-You're comfortable on calls. You'll be the face of OpsKings to our clients
-You use AI to scale up your own workflows already
-You're in North American or European timezones (most clients are in North America)
Our best business analysts/product owners are engineers & programmers with a love of client-facing work
You'll get paid a percentage of all revenue under management + any referrals generated from the clients you manage. We expect this to be north of 6fig a year for most
There's no ceiling. The better you do, the more you’ll earn. You'll be joining a team of 15
Interested? Send me a DM

Our agency's on track to hit $2M this year. Looking for a goated course / mentorship on operations as this is the biggest bottleneck for scale.
We only take clients that we can handle and with over 20 people in waitlist, we feel like improving operations is the way to go now.
Any reccomendations?
English

@360mails Hit up @TheOpsKing they’re exactly what you need
Trust me. I’ve been there
English

@RyanClogg What do you do in your free time?
If the answer doesn’t contain at least a bit of the work thay they’re applying for it’s a no for me. (Watching yt videos about the topic, solo projects etc.)
They aren’t gonna be a fanatic, and they should be.

@TommyYTProducer @abdullah4204k Airtable for client portals is not the best tbh. Your license costs are gonna baloon over time since you have to pay a user license for each.
But its deff an upgrade from Notion.
English

We will. Now that we're approaching 150k mrr we need way more advanced tools.
Some advantages that Airtable brings and notions don't have:
- granular permissions
- filtered conditions in a field
- the possibility to create dashboards (for editors but especially for clients)
- the possibility for clients to interact with the tasks, see what's in production right now, add new ideas themselves, see which videos they need to review...
- the ability to showcase certain columns of a database only to the people you want
- extremely dinamic filters, sorts, groupings, views...
- overall Airtable is a more powerful tool, internal automations are also better, the API has a better documentation, more automations are possible...

I seriously don’t just randomly post about vendors
But for dang real @TheOpsKing @RMHildebrandt at OpsKings are freaking wild
Hands down most eye opening and top service we have used in a veryyyyy long time
If you run a business you have to talk to these guys
English

@RMHildebrandt That's why you partnered with me. (The most popular kid of all)
English

I used to silently judge anyone with a huge audience.
I'd tell myself "oh, I'm not like those shallow influencers -- my stuff has real substance"
I think it reminded me of my childhood, where I was never the "popular" kid, so I internalized a belief that the kid who was joking around in class was "screwing up", and I was diligently doing my homework.
As a result, I got REALLY good at math & sciences, while still being jealous of the guys who got all the chicks, threw parties, and so on
As you grew my businesses, I came up against many of my limiting beliefs...especially when I saw very smart people that ALSO had massive audiences
The weird realization I had recently was this - I subconsciously learned that I could bring value to the world by what I KNOW (academics), but I also didn't realize that I could bring value by how you make others FEEL
I dismissed "the popular kids" for a LONG time because I couldn't see the skill they had

@NickAbraham12 Had multiple agency owners say they are too scared to do this because of result questions it might bring up.
Skill issue.
