I have other transfers that have been held up for over a year. What I am told by other BFL holders is that the processing time is normally like a week. But for me, 1+ years.

To say that I am pissed off is a severe understatement. They're completely willing to undermine any procedural protections afforded to firearms owners, and the courts refuse to hold them accountable for anything.

So, I have a BFL that allows prohibited firearms. I applied to transfer two prohibited firearms. I was already the property owner of said prohibited firearms, but needed the registration. The RCMP went to where they were stored and coerced a deactivation without notice to me.
