🚨HORRIFYING🚨 Jurors will listen to the audio of 7-year-old Athena Strand being strangled to death by FedEx driver Tanner Horner. Horner pleaded guilty to capital murder, but a juror will decide if he should be sentenced to death. Strand told the child, “Don't scream or I'll hurt you,” as he picked her up and put her in his truck. The child tried to fight Strand off during the attack—his DNA was found under her nails. Prosecutors added that his DNA was found, “in places where you shouldn't find DNA on a 7-year-old girl.” The girl’s mother is for the death penalty being implemented.

As a Christian, I just cannot get my head around how some Christians operate on a whole other level of stupid. They have a problem with the term "Judeo-Christian," as if acknowledging Judaism is a bad thing. Meanwhile, it’s totally fine to worship a Jew whose mother was Jewish, whose apostles were Jewish, and whose earliest followers were Jewish. Not to mention, they were all Jewish, not just by ethnicity, but by faith also...

National Review is at it again, smearing conservatives by offering a false binary. According to the author, one is either 100% for war with Iran, or one is anti-Israel — there is no in-between! I can't be both pro-Israel (which I am, an indisputable fact) and anti- rushing into another quagmire or regime change war in the Middle East. These people are destroying support for Israel by offering an intellectually dishonest option of being either for us or against us. George W. Bush presented a similar argument and his legacy has been rightly tarnished as a result. These people have no clue how much they are hurting the cause they claim to champion. I pray for peace. I pray for long-term stability for Israel. I trust the president to ensure Iran does not have nukes or ballistic missiles to strike Israel, and I pray we can reach that conclusion without destabilizing Iran, causing a civil war, or sparking another muslim refugee crisis — a position shared by the vast majority of Americans. Shabbat Shalom.
