A quick test for narcissism: Give them a subtle constructive criticism. 'Constructive criticism' – because the bystanders shouldn't think you're attacking that person out of the blue. If they try to deflect it back to you, it's a sign of an inflated ego.

If you have an above-average IQ, small talk and normal social interactions will bore you to death. But most people are below average and they need the superficial interactions to function. You too need to master this skill if you have to influence these superficial lot.

At times, you have to unmask yourself to expose the real and raw 'you'. See how many fake people stay around.

Even when you quit your bad habits like weed or porn, do not tell anyone. They will start saying that you are taking it to the extreme and let loose a little. Keep these things lowkey too. They are parasites, never letting anyone be better than them; because of the fear of getting left behind. Keep packs of cigarettes with you or a lighter so as not to make it obvious and secretly plan your exit from that group. Those are NOT your friends.

No one worth admiring got their motivation from little clips on the internet. The real motivation comes from the humiliations of life. It is a visceral rage that is impossible to fake.
