@Ocado my 6-7pm delivery is not here (currently its just after 10pm) The expected time keeps moving backwards. The call centre is closed due to a fire drill. I’d ideally like you to go to bed but if there’s a realistic chance of delivery I will stay up. Help!

@Ocado i have selected my christmas slot (smart pass holder) but it wont let me check out my basket it only gives me the option to continue shopping so no way to confirm my slot (basket exceeds the min spend) - can you help before general date release so i dont miss out?

Tbh I quite enjoy having a “weird quirk that’s not relevant or important”. Remember someone super clever I once worked for who had an irrational dislike of the word “key” (as in, the key matters arising are…) which was a great challenge. Okay I should go back to actual work.

Should I give up the fight on rewording “target” to “constitutional standard” every draft paper I’m ever sent? It’s quite a lot of papers these days 😬
