Had an incredible time launching our new #Ravens Playoff Preview show! We were joined by former Ravens kicker Matt Stover and he had amazing stories for us and insight on the past and current Ravens. Hoping plenty of members of #RavensFlock check it out!

@averagemoneymd Absolutely zero chance you did that. Good attempt at getting attention though!

Last month, we received a family gift of $260,000.
We debated a lot and ultimately decided for a few reasons to drop it all on our 3.75% mortgage.
Our mortgage went from $750k --> $490k
We recognize we could have made much more investing, but it felt secure to take a little risk off the table. Mortgage calculator shows this will save us $285k in interest.
We then recasted our mortgage and our payment dropped from ~$3,800 to ~$2,400.
A little bit closer to freedom.

55 years old. Single-digit body fat. Year-round.
25+ years of self-experimentation.
RETATRUTIDE, BPC-157, RECOMBINANT FOLLISTATIN, and more.
This is my exact optimization stack. Every compound, every dose, and why it made the cut:
1. TESTOSTERONE
TESTOSTERONE is the foundation.
• I take 60mg of TESTOSTERONE CYPIONATE three times a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. No exceptions.
• Muscle, mood, libido, body composition. It drives all of it.
• Every peptide I use sits on top of this base. Without it, nothing else works right.
2. RETATRUTIDE
RETATRUTIDE is the most powerful fat loss compound available right now.
Most weight loss drugs target one receptor.
This one targets three:
• GLP-1 for appetite suppression.
• GIP for fat clearance.
• GLUCAGON for metabolic rate.
No other compound hits all three.
I take 0.20mg 2-3x per week.
In Phase 1 trials, RETATRUTIDE led to 8.96 kg of weight loss in 12 weeks.
• TIRZEPATIDE took 40 weeks to hit similar numbers.
And the majority of weight lost was pure fat, not muscle.
That's why it's my top pick for body composition.
3. SS-31
SS-31 is the compound nobody talks about that makes everything else work harder.
• It targets the inner mitochondrial membrane and binds to cardiolipin.
• It prevents oxidative damage and boosts ATP production.
• One biochemist told me it's the ATP equivalent of 6 months of endurance training in a single injection.
• I take 300mcg every morning.
I've been hearing that higher doses (5-15mg daily) are even more effective.
4. BPC-157 + TB-500
For recovery, I use BPC-157 and TB-500.
I call it the Wolverine Stack.
• BPC-157 heals by forming new blood vessels.
• TB-500 repairs tissue by building actin protein.
• Together they accelerate healing beyond what either does alone.
• If you train hard and you're over 30, you need both of these stocked at home.
5. TESAMORELIN + IPAMORELIN
TESAMORELIN and IPAMORELIN are my go-to growth hormone peptides.
• TESAMORELIN is a GHRH that mimics 1-2 IU's of HGH.
I take 1-2mg every night before bed.
Best for men to burn through belly fat.
• IPAMORELIN amplifies natural GH pulses and counteracts somatostatin.
Best for women.
Together they're synergistic.
6. MELANOTAN 1
Most people think MELANOTAN 1 is just for tanning.
• It's actually a synthetic analog of alpha-MSH that enhances DNA repair, reduces inflammation, and boosts your body's antioxidant defenses.
• I take 0.25mg daily for skin protection and consciousness enhancement.
This one is seriously underrated.
7. THYMOSIN ALPHA-1
THYMOSIN ALPHA-1 is my immune system backbone.
• It strengthens your body's first line of defense by boosting key immune signaling.
• Research shows it enhances anti-tumor immunity with minimal toxicity.
• In a world full of immune stressors, this is non-negotiable.
8. RECOMBINANT FOLLISTATIN
At 55, I'm the biggest and leanest I've ever been.
• Inconsistent training.
• Travel chaos and suboptimal sleep.
• Still gained measurable muscle while getting leaner.
The reason?
RECOMBINANT FOLLISTATIN.
It inhibits myostatin. The protein your body produces to stop muscle growth.
Old follistatin failed.
It broke down in 1-2 hours and caused dangerous off-target effects.
RECOMBINANT FOLLISTATIN only targets myostatin.
• It increases muscle mass AND strength.
• Prevents muscle loss during caloric deficit.
• If you're on a GLP-1 and worried about going skinny-fat, this is the answer.
Why this many compounds?
Because the healthcare system is designed to manage your decline.
I'm not managing decline.
I'm engineering peak performance at 55.
That's what fully optimized living means.
I put together a free Peptide Cheat Sheet breaking down every compound and protocol you MUST know.
Comment ’CHEATSHEET’ for the direct link in your DMs.
I will DM you

@RentYourStocks @DrJesseMorse Best place to purchase through?

@DrJesseMorse I’ve been doing 1mg sat and 1 on Tues or Wed but may cut back to .5mg
English

Any thoughts on this @DrJesseMorse ?

It's biologically plausible that BPC-157 promotes cancer via its angiogenic properties. Right now, the only way we'll know is after people develop cancer through recreational, gray market use. If you don't recognize how problematic that is, I don't know what to tell you.
English

@rorynotsorry I'm still trying to wrap my head around "reconstitionalized"
English

Got this message today... apparently he expected a vial twice the size of a 3ml.
"So disappointed. I bought 50mg vials of retatrutide and what i recieved can not be 50mg. The vial is the same size as my 10mg tesa vials. And it can't be reconstitionalized as the vital of too small. But no way it is 50 mg. It it's the same or less then my 24mg retas i already own."

@MileahKromer One million percent. Anyone in Maryland knows what a snowball is and it's not in the winter!

Hello #Baltimore friends:
If I asked you to rate "snowballs," would you know that I meant the dessert not the thing you throw in the winter?

@RavensEra0212 @ProFootballTalk Ok two things here:
#1 ProFootballTalk used to be great and now sucks. True. However....
#2 They can't be responsible for something that someone says during an interview. No one is out to get black quarterbacks. That's a silly take. It was literally a black D player saying it
English

@ProFootballTalk Lmao only 50 likes. You engagement desperate bums💀💀 League is going out of its way to cast a shadow over the prolific Black QBs who have accolades. I hope everybody see who this account shits on and props up. Clowns

@wordsaladjones @WrestlerHauser Whatever makes you feel better
English

@ThePurplePerch1 @WrestlerHauser Symptoms of allism can be expensive to treat.
English

Ignorant. Your treat symptoms, like having massive tantrums, night terrors, delayed speech. There are therapies for that that you pay for.
Is that helpful for you? Did that adequately explain it, or are you still in a dark room by yourself, coming up with ways to feel something?
you can call me al@wordsaladjones
@WrestlerHauser there's nothing to "treat" having kids is 'difficult and expensive' as a baseline.
English

@wordsaladjones @WrestlerHauser Symptoms of autism can be expensive to treat. That's all. Have a good day
English

@ThePurplePerch1 @WrestlerHauser But yeah, I knew full well what he meant, that it's expensive and difficult to treat autism. He said what he meant, and it sucks.
English

@wordsaladjones @WrestlerHauser You knew full well what he said and what he meant. You weren't offended. You were "offended". Very different. You represented yourself and your community poorly. I've given you way more than enough time and attention at this point so it won't continue past this.
English

@ThePurplePerch1 @WrestlerHauser I think it's wrong for anyone, especially the parents of autistic children, to repeat to the idea that one neurotype is normal and fine and unrelated to any issues the child faces, and the other is uniquely 'expensive and difficult' because it's inherently related to the issues.
English

@wordsaladjones @WrestlerHauser When you're talking about issues specifically related to the fact that the child has autism then yes it's very obviously connected. The long and short of it is that what he said was correct but you wanted him to phrase things the way you think they should be phrased. That's wrong
English

@ThePurplePerch1 @WrestlerHauser My issue is specifically with the difference in language used in both cases. An allistic child having anxiety isn't treated as a part of their allism, but if an autistic child has anxiety, it's treated as though it's inextricably linked to their autism.
English

@wordsaladjones @WrestlerHauser A non divergent person can still have many treatable things. ADHD, dyslexia, etc. Those may not be symptoms of "allism" as you're desperate to say but they're issues that require treatment. Autism also has many symptoms that require treatment, many of which have been listed.
English

@ThePurplePerch1 @WrestlerHauser Stop avoiding the question.
What are the symptoms of allism that require treatment?
English

@wordsaladjones @WrestlerHauser Stop trying to make a winnable argument for yourself out of this. Anyone can have issues that require treatment. That treatment has costs associated with it. Autism has certain symptoms that can require expensive treatment. Non autistic people can also get treatment for things.
English

@ThePurplePerch1 @WrestlerHauser So, what are the symptoms of allism and how are they treated?
