Im all for BJP always. But Delhi definitely needs and deserves a better CM than Rekha Gupta. I really don’t care what people think but its a fact that she is clueless.

Supreme Court Justice Manmohan on collegium and judicial appointments: Mistrust, is there on the administrative side of courts. If the Chief Justice of a state has recommended one person as a judge, why should there be any debate about that name? If the Chief Justice of our court is not to be trusted, how do you get talent? You have to trust the man at the spot. The Chief Justice of a state is not an ordinary officer. He's a constitutional functionary. We don't trust him, the Supreme Court collegium will sit on it, then the government will give its advice, the IB will give its advice. This mistrust in the system is costing us dearly.

Supreme Court Justice Manmohan flags corruption in panel counsel recruitments: Are panel counsels being recruited on actual merit? Look at Delhi. Whether it is A party or B party or C. In fact, there are A, B, C parties in Delhi (referring to AAP, BJP, and Congress). The panel lawyers are virtually recruited on party lines, unfortunately. So does a judge get proper assistance to decide a complex issue? Yet he will try to do his best, work on his own, research on his own. Is the system being fair to the judge? We have to ponder over it. Government is also the biggest litigant, yet we find that it is not being responsible in this role. Large number of frivolous appeals are filed every day. Why? Because there’s mistrust in the system.
