I'm done with @PublicStorage. They just practically held my family & I hostage until I paid $35 to LEAVE their lot. Bc we were there unloading a truck 20min past close & I wasn't signed up for "24/7 access." Then it still took 15min & a phone call before they'd allow me to leave.
