@PublicStorage I have a unit that I am paying 300 a month for, for almost a year and the key was lost a couple months ago I have requested a new lock and STILL NO LOCK It is very hard to speak to anyone because rarely is an employee there I am getting very angry

@PublicStorage - my 12th floor unit at 385 Gerard Ave. Has not had sufficient air conditioning if any at all for quite a while. Is someone working on this?. My contract States this is for a climate controlled space. Appreciate a prompt reply on this.

Hey @PublicStorage is there any wiggle room on rate hikes? A 25% hike seems very steep. I’m a very happy customer otherwise! Your employees & services are great! You just might be pricing me out in short order, & I’ll have to check out the other 2 new facilities opening in town.

@PublicStorage My unit was placed under a preliminary lien and the lock was cut and replaced with an overlock. I personally put two guitars inside last visit. They are now gone. My other items are still there. No documentation provided on the whereabouts.

This @PublicStorage company is awful. the property managers gave us wrong information regarding due dates which caused a fee of $20 spoke to them and they agreed to remove it because of the miscommunication. Month later it isn’t removed & no customer service to speak to for help

@PublicStorage I get only have one person working in the but put some sort of sign on the locked door that will at least confirm 1) somebody's working today and 2) about how long they'll be gone. Would be nice to know if it's 10 mins or 30 mins. Been waiting over 15 mins now.

I have now called Public Storage 6 times to speak with the "on site" manager about the fact that my key won't open the lock. I've already had one task rabbit mover cancel on me b/c I couldn't access the unit to show him photos of what he's moving. I've gone TO the office twice.

You're Roanoke facility off of Franklin road has no security, the gate is wide open, and because of that someone has used it as their own personal facility for a PODS unit. On top of all that the lights aren't working on the inside so is super dangerous. And you still want me to pay $148? Do better
