@PublicStorage Rented unit 1/26 Realty Rd, Carrollton, TX. Reported ceiling issue at move in no response. Returned 4/26 found 75% of my stuff damaged by water/mold. Waiting 4 manager call in 24–48 hrs still nothing. Unacceptable. I will not pay disposal costs for facility damage.

I got a @PublicStorage unit a little over 3 years ago for $188. That price has grown steadily til today when I got an email saying my rate has now gone up to $325 and today is the day I start searching for a new storage facility because that’s just ridiculous

@PublicStorage I was locked in your office vestibule today at 234 S Haven St. I was literally trapped and could not get ahold of ANYONE. I called customer service and I called local property manager. I was about to call 911 or Fire Dept.

@PublicStorage fix your damn app login portal. Whenever I try to login I always have to click “forgot username/password” even though my info is always the same and then when I finally get the reset it doesn’t work. If my unit gets the lock cut because of your service I’m suing.

@PublicStorage they cut my lock and placed it. I paid 306 they did not wave the $100 then I got a call saying I owe $247. When I tried to pay the 39 or 49 he said pay and they will waive the hundred or $200 it automatically took $247 out ridiculous.

@PublicStorage do better with everything I go to my storage 1-2 year and the one time I do go I can’t get in my unit I called n waited almost 1-2 hrs still upset because I had a plan and still today my plan has been completed so I have to figure out when to complete
