BIG NEWS in stablecoins: USDC just overtook USDT in transaction volume for the first time in nearly 10 years. @circle minted $2.5B in a single week. The market is voting for regulated, transparent digital dollars. USDC is the exact settlement layer that Raze vaults run on. Real assets. USDC yield. On-chain.

This is why we built @razefinance. Much more of these to come. Real things take time. Real traction doesn't come from just narratives. They are built in the trenches over time. Great job @IOV_OWL and @TerryDu20986167

⛏️ TOKENIZING THE FINANCING BEHIND CRITICAL MINERALS & METALS MINING ON $XDC One of the more eye-opening interviews I've done. We talk about bringing RWAs onchain, but what about the financing processes behind the RWAs themselves?

If you’re in RWAs, DeFi, or critical minerals, this is required viewing. Huge respect to @IOV_OWL & @Genfinity for the deep dive. Let's Go! “Tokenization gives us unprecedented flexibility to finance our operations while offering investors direct access to commodity-backed yields.” - Terry Duffy

Some of our best hires were totally unqualified on paper. They always had the same qualities: entrepreneurial, high agency, smart, mission aligned, and they got shit done. If you’re hiring, especially in early stages, seek out & bet on these people. Don’t over-index on resumes.

Well said. This is a distribution channel. The front door to the network. In my opinion, the biggest blind spot across all networks. I’m excited to see how this could help facilitate adoption and onboarding not just on XDC, but hopefully as a strategy for other networks to follow as well. Crypto cannot just be about the highest APY. It needs non-volatile yield that allows real businesses to use their gains to reinvest into their business. This is operational utility. Please share any feedback as more issuers are onboarded. Good or bad. XDC is a community project, let’s always remember this.

🧵 XDC becomes a home for yield-bearing RWAs as Raze brings real-world yield on-chain @razefinance is bringing a yield-bearing real-world asset platform to the @XDCNetwork, aiming to route stablecoin liquidity into compliant, asset-backed yield instead of purely speculative DeFi strategies. The positioning is clear: $USDC holders should be able to access yield sourced from real-world assets, while institutions and issuers get a more structured way to deploy and raise capital on-chain. Raze describes itself as tokenization infrastructure for RWAs like private credit, real estate, commodities and more, with built-in compliance, onboarding, and smart contract automation as part of the stack. On XDC, the key product narrative is Vault-as-a-Service. Raze says issuers can launch stablecoin-denominated vaults backed by assets like private credit, structured debt, and commodities, while abstracting away tokenization complexity and lifecycle management. This matters because it is not just a new token or a new pool. It is a distribution layer for on-chain capital markets, designed to connect stablecoin-native capital with regulated, asset-backed opportunities. XDC’s side of the story is speed and reliability. The XDC Foundation frames the network as an enterprise-grade environment with fast finality and low transaction costs, which fits the many small interactions must settle cleanly reality of vault and credit workflows. A notable data point in the announcement is the claim that XDC has seen more than $100M in USDC liquidity move on-chain, and that Raze becomes another destination for that capital to earn yield. The XDC Foundation also states it formed a strategic alliance with Raze to bring RAZE on XDC to market, linking this directly to XDC’s broader RWA tokenization and on-chain economy goals. If this executes, the implication is bigger than one integration. It suggests a path where stablecoins become productive capital through real-world collateral, with compliance and onboarding treated as first-class infrastructure rather than an afterthought. The scoreboard will be measurable. Watch vault growth, asset quality, redemption mechanics, transparency, and whether real demand shows up beyond incentives, because that is what separates real RWA rails from marketing.

xdc.org/articles/raze-… 1. #USDC in, #USDC earned each month with no restrictions on transfer. What does this mean? Reinvestment has finally arrived in #crypto. Example, #DeFi platform is an investor. Earns 12% APY through Raze, gains used for rewards on their platform to offer users. Off-chain profit, used as on-chain rewards. 2. Fixes fragmentation of buy-side in the space. Current state of the market, 1 issuer = 1 platform. That’s a lot of platforms for users to find, vet, and trust…With RazeOnXDC, ♾️ issuers = 1 platform. Becomes a directory for #yield products. 3. What does this achieve on a high level for #XDC Network? It allows for capital to enter the ecosystem and stay in the ecosystem. It becomes the economy, where a pool of capital becomes recirculated and is the fuel for the #DeFi space. As this pool grows, new platforms and companies will onboard to capture it. The #infrastructure phase is over. It is now #Execution phase. Get ready!

RWA liquidity is mostly an illusion Tokenization promised liquid markets for illiquid assets. What we got instead: tokens that represent promises, not assets. The tech already works: - 24/7 trading - Instant settlement - Mature chains Yet RWA markets still have thin volume, wide spreads, no real depth. Why? 👇 “Liquidity” today is cosmetic: - You buy into an SPV - Rights live in PDFs off-chain - Redemptions depend on issuers, lawyers, office hours Price moves isn't exit certainty. That’s interface liquidity, not structural liquidity. Why secondary markets stall: - Legal & counterparty risk no MM can hedge cleanly - Fragmentation across bespoke standards and silos - No create/redeem loops to anchor price to the asset What actually unlocks liquidity: - Tokens with executable rights (cash flow, voting, redemption) - Clear token and asset conversion paths - Standardized risk and structures so liquidity can aggregate Less flexibility for issuers. Real markets for investors. Until then, many RWAs will stay “tokenized” on the surface and illiquid underneath.
