Trio is not eligible for a price adjustment. I reply I do not want a price adjustment. I want the security issue to be looked at, addressed and retired! Imagine I’m a single mom alone with my kid and dropped off down the road because the can’t drop me at airport. Uber then reply:

I call an @Uber_RSA to the airport. Driver drops me 5 minutes away as he claims Ubers are being impounded as they don’t have the required license to drop at the airport. I log a serious safety concern issue with @Uber_Support and they write back…
