@geeetech I think my M1 damaged itself when I hit auto leveling for the first time use. It will not move past the leveling error. What do I do here? This was for my son’s bday and we are pretty disappointed at the moment.

@PalmettoPoke Legit the worst customer service imaginable! There is no live chat, no phone number and nobody with an IQ above 60 on the other side of the emails we have to send. @eBay please just fully take it over. Your customer service is much better.

@TCGplayer @eBay @AskeBay all you have to do to help protect sellers is provide your tracked standard envelope, have real people in customer service and look at feedback to see trends. I have 3000 positive, asked a buyer to wait a couple days for a late package, got negative 2/2
