Crimson Desert launched without support for Intel Arc GPUs. The game won't boot on any Arc card. Pearl Abyss says they are not planning to support it and told people to ask for refunds.

Japanese Reporter: "Why didn't you tell U.S. allies…like Japan, about the war before attacking Iran?" President Trump: "We didn't tell anyone about it because we wanted SURPRISE. Who knows better about surprise than Japan? Why didn't you tell me about Pearl Harbor?" OMG

Tom Henderson reports that Ubisoft's internal communication channels are flooded with employees openly shaming upper management and demanding serious change. The latest restructuring was the breaking point after years of mismanagement. Talent is already leaving in large numbers, even before the next round of layoffs begins. The company is rotting from the inside while leadership remains oblivious.

Insurance is half price when Tesla self-driving is activated, because it increases safety so much
Sawyer Merritt@SawyerMerritt

NEWS: U.S. insurer Lemonade has announced that it will offer a 50% rate cut for drivers of @Tesla vehicles when FSD is steering because it had data showing it reduced accidents. “A car that sees 360 degrees, never gets drowsy, and reacts in milliseconds can’t be compared to a human. Beyond the product announcement today, we’re also announcing our commitment to the Tesla community – the safer FSD software becomes, the more our prices will drop,” said Shai Wininger, co-founder and president at Lemonade.

I dunno how many times I see this throught the years. People calling Elon dumb and technically ignorant when he makes claims. Only to have to eat their words 2-3 years later. Remember Twitter? “Elon can’t fire them, he knows nothing about web dev, X will fail.”

The essay was a ~650-word reaction paper assigned in a University of Oklahoma Lifespan Development psychology course (an online class). Students were required to provide a thoughtful response to a scholarly article titled "Relations Among Gender Typicality, Peer Relations, and Mental Health During Early Adolescence" (published in Social Development, 2014). The article examined how conformity to traditional gender norms (e.g., "gender typicality") among middle schoolers affects peer relationships (like popularity or bullying/teasing) and mental health. The assignment prompt asked for a personal, reflective discussion of some aspect of the article—such as why the topic matters, its implications, or relating it to one's own experiences—without requiring empirical evidence or citations (though the course was scientific in nature).Samantha Fulnecky, the student, wrote that traditional gender roles (e.g., women naturally wanting to do "womanly things") should not be viewed as stereotypes but celebrated as God's original plan (citing Genesis implicitly, without direct quotes or citations). She argued that societal acceptance of multiple genders is a "lie" that is "demonic" and harms youth, while claiming gender norms are innate and biblically ordained. She also criticized classmates for conforming to "mundane" progressive views and suggested eliminating gender concepts would pull people away from God. The graduate teaching assistant, Mel Curth, gave it 0/25 points, stating it did not address the prompt, contradicted itself, relied on personal ideology over engaging the article scientifically, and was "at times offensive" (particularly calling a group "demonic"). A second instructor concurred. ^AI

@HustleBitch_ Tidals are created from feedback, which is underwater earthquakes. Which requires tectonic plate activity. Most land masses don’t have tectonic plates going through them, hence why people believe in the PANGEA theory.

🚨 A MAN JUST ACCIDENTALLY EXPOSED THE “EDGE OF THE OCEAN” - AND PEOPLE THINK HE UNCOVERED NASA’S BIGGEST SECRET While casually eating ice cream, this guy breaks down why lakes, ponds, and rivers never have real waves - but oceans do. His take is brutally simple: “Waves only exist when water hits something… a wall… and comes back.” His logic: • Lakes? No waves. • Rivers? No waves. • Ponds? No waves. • Oceans? Constant waves + “feedback” Then he connects the dots: “If oceans have waves because they’re hitting something… what exactly are they hitting?” People online are losing it because he delivers the whole thing casually and ends with: “That’s how you know we ain’t on no curve bro.” No equations. No charts. Just logic that’s unsettlingly hard to dismiss. So what do you think - goofy rant, or did he accidentally tap into something we’re not supposed to question?
