After a 8 year hiatus in Gear, decided to get in a bench shirt. Got to work on something’s but I’m thinking of hitting the platform in May to see what I can do. Can’t let Connor beat his old man.

Blessed with another year Coaching in the @TxHSPWL Meet. Been a long few days but worth it. Fri. @TheRealSolly_67 Lifted then Sat. stayed to watch @RealKyleSuggs finish out his Senior season. @ConnorMacFord tagged along & was a huge help, hoping he’ll be competing here soon.

Regional Meet Prep Openers @TheRealSolly_67 Squat 585 Bench 405

18 days out till Boys Regionals. @TheRealSolly_67 getting in a solid Squat Session. Squat: 2x1-550lbs Walkouts: 635lbs x10sec hold-2sets

@TheRealSolly_67 had him a day at the TX A&M Aggie Showdown. Bumped his total up 55lbs Squat 610 Bench 420 then 440 Deadlift 525

Big @TheRealSolly_67 had a good day bumping up his Squat 20lbs since last Meet to 600lbs and 20lbs to his Bench 420lbs.
