@CricketAus I have tickets for tomorrow and Saturday in Adelaide but when I’ve tried to access my ticket through Ticketek I get a message telling me the ticket is no longer active. Any ideas?

@SLC_Repayment I've been abroad for a couple of years and have been told I have an outstanding balance to pay. I had been told before I left that it was paid - I would like to see a copy of my loan schedule / history to see how it was calc'd. Thanks

@InsureandGo my mum is stranded in Australia from the UK, with very little money to continue paying accommodation and a respiratory condition (COPD). Could you explain to me which are the higher priorities you’re dealing with which mean you won’t speak to her?

@PearsonVUE tried that, but my program (LSS green belt) isn't in the list, so it doesn't give me a contact.
