Not great photos
He was actually fantastic last night. Very engaged with the crowd and he sounded alright. Its a nostalgia show but thats what I want right?
Big crowd there which helped Friday night energy.
Less said about the openers the better

@bluewmist Maybe learn some music that isnt in the Billboard Top 40. Plenty of affordable shows out there
English

going to a concert is supposed to be like when you’re going to a museum or the cinema btw, it’s supposed to be fun casual night out enjoying an art form, you’re not supposed to take out loans or max out your credit card for it,, wake up people

don’t be afraid to spend money on concert tickets and travel. be afraid of growing old and realizing the only place you ever went was work
English

@christopherrufo You are aware they live there already ... moron

@LeadingReport Those assholes got us in this mess in the first place

@ThaHeathen Agree Pillars is the better album. And yeah Seth one of the few ive met online who can understand my absolute devotion to that band
English

@TheRedDeath30 I also really like the one Crucified, Pillars. But, genre-wise, I prefer the Stavesacre lane. Seth won't approve.
English

I'm gonna keep quoting myself on the brilliance of this emotive beauty. Fuck yeah.
Filthy Philistine aka Trav@ThaHeathen
I haven't seen this one here. Granted, they were a x-tian band, they were a fave of mine from the 90s. Think Quicksand + Fugazi in a blender with some Tool vibes. This is their 2nd LP. Their 1st, Friction (1994), is also excellent. Stavesacre - Absolutes (1997) @thestormmaster

@QtheMetal Absolutely.... Best thing about community is we each have our own unique tastes

Exodus - Goliath (March 20, 2025) 🔥
Bay Area thrash kings drop a monster with razor riffs, solos, pure unrelenting fury. I’m enjoying this album! 🤘 Still ruling the pit! Check it out!

@jedirich_ @Bellagio This is some of some elitist ass shit to type out
Clearly unable to read the room of modern US economics
English

Sure… Vegas is “dead.”
Meanwhile, inside the Bellagio Conservatory — packed every day.
Here’s the reality people don’t want to admit:
Vegas didn’t die… it filtered.
Post-Covid, they let anyone in just to survive.
Cheap rooms, chaos, TikTok fights, people crying about $20 water in the desert.
Now? That era’s over.
Prices went up.
Vibe cleaned up.
And the people who can actually afford to be here showed back up.
If you think Vegas is dead…
you’re probably just not the target customer anymore.
And judging by the crowds —
they’re perfectly fine with that.

@mrmikeMTL Yes it commonly comes out of their income if you dont. So you're screwing someone over a mistake
English

@Big___pres @AdamSchefter Most every corporation downtown is remote that week too. You have NO idea how many people are coming but plz keep posting from Africa about shit you knoe nothing about
English

@AdamSchefter So 22,000+ kids lose three full days of in-person instruction because the city wants to roll out the red carpet for out-of-town draft fans and beer sales. But parents who can't work from home or afford childcare?
Figure it out yourselves. Classic.
English

@Cardzilla_ @CBBonFOX I fear college sports are broken and will never fully recover
English

@jeremymbarr Maybe shouldn't have bent the knee to an Orange Idiot
English

@mystsl If you're analyzing music for its technicality youre likely missing out on a lot of good music
English

I might never understand the love for rock music where the guitar part is effectively just strumming eighth note power chords for most of a song's runtime
MystSL@mystsl
Well, last album of the day, time for an album I ain't really looking forward to #fl
