Your original statement implied that the 14 year old shot because he was not in control of his emotions. You gave an opinion, not facts and attempted to back it up with statements about emotional maturity. The 14 yr old acted rationally to protect his mother , he shot a man who had hit her 3 times and showed no signs of stopping.
