@TheReturnOfLCF The problem I’ve always had with Pascal is working out on which religion I should make the bet. The oldest? The newest? The most popular? IDK.🤷♂️ Also I suspect if there’s an afterlife I’d get a stern look and hear “It says here you were only believing to cover your arse.”

@AngryExile I agree, but I’ve seen things I can’t explain in my life and in others. It might be a bit Pascal’s Wager, but if believing it makes me a better person - and it does - then I’m all for it.

@TheReturnOfLCF Which isn’t to say that there is definitely no creator entity or entities. Just that if there is it’s almost certain that every religion we’ve ever invented has been completely wrong about its nature and most of them have ended up being a means to control people. 2/2
