The hard truth is that many Christians don’t pray very much. Often, this means of grace feels more like a duty than the precious, necessary gift it really is. Prayer exists to equip us for God’s mission. And it exists, like everything else, to show that God is supremely glorious. Message: “Put in the Fire for the Sake of Prayer”

Even when you're spiraling and feel powerless to control it all, you still have choices you can make to find your way forward. You can go to God and ask Him to take your thoughts captive and shift them back to Him. And going to God is always the best option.
