A nice 5k jeffing recovery run. Older route revisited, pleasant to run along the paths. Always coffee too 😜

The big games keep coming for #lufc. Getting to must-win territory at home for survival. Hoping for 3 points tonight. My prediction: an exciting end-to-end contest with goals for each side, but Brentford to crumble under the Elland Road lights & in front of our crowd. 3-1 Leeds

0-0 at half-time. Not a game for the neutrals. The Leeds defence looks very solid, but so does Brentford’s. Hard to remember anything exciting about that first half. Oh well. I’d take 4-1, @TheRunningEduc1, but I’d also take 0-0. Maybe the second half will be something special!

I’ve spent 2 years hard graft with the staff preparing for that framework for someone to shift the goal posts. Not just shift them put them on a steep hill but the hill is covered in ice. High area of deprivation, high SEN and FSM. Historic IDSR data that show improvement but won’t be enough 😡

This Ofsted framework is worse than the last one.

Lovely morning for a run 25k done ☑️ started off a little cold but the sun is out. Great pacing overall, pretty consistent. Very happy with that.
