I am the Running Guy! I have been a competitive athlete for over 10 years, in which time I have ran sub 15 minutes for 5K, sub 9 for 2 miles and 4:10 for the mile multiple times I want to use my knowledge and experience to help people build and maintain their fitness 💪

@TheRunfluencer Never ran a 50k but ran lots of 5ks so I am biased Would say 5k is a certain kind of hard, especially if races on the track but it’s hard to compare them!

Week 6 of Couch 2 5K and feeling great (we’ve been repeating every week) 🏃‍♀️ Runs are starting to feel more natural and more like actual training. We aren’t looking at our watches every couple minutes 😂😂 Run 5 min / Walk 3 min / run 8 min / walk 3 min / run 5 min #runchat
