@TheRunfluencer Never ran a 50k but ran lots of 5ks so I am biased
Would say 5k is a certain kind of hard, especially if races on the track but it’s hard to compare them!

I think about 75-80 minutes and anything after could be a long run

How do you vary the distances over the days?

@TheRunningGuy1 We’re running 3 days per week right now - usually Tues, Thurs, Sun. The run intervals get longer over the 3 days.

Week 6 of Couch 2 5K and feeling great (we’ve been repeating every week) 🏃♀️
Runs are starting to feel more natural and more like actual training. We aren’t looking at our watches every couple minutes 😂😂
Run 5 min / Walk 3 min / run 8 min / walk 3 min / run 5 min
