Students don't listen to you because you're really cool. They don't listen to you because you're closer in age. They won't listen to you if you try to connect on these levels. They will listen because you have the truth. Because you care. Trust me, they can tell the difference.

@marcado_razon @MikeWingerii Straw Man argument. Posting up a whole bunch of charismatic prosperity gospel abusers does not equate the causality of sola scriptura. It's like saying, look at the crusades, Jesus must be evil. You're either ignorant or purposely misleading people and in such being evil.

It’s bad guys. It’s real and it’s real bad.
Joanna May@jburn

@Paula_White your discernment must be a bag of rocks if you don’t know that there have been multiple credible accounts of serious sexual misconduct by Eddie James against young men in his ministry for years with multiple charismatic leaders aware of it. churchleaders.com/news/2214265-o…

@howertonjosh The irony of saying things like a 13-year-old that come off sounding so incredibly gay whilst trying to defame another man and such. No idea of understanding the difference between meekness and weakness. What a child. He still has breath and I hope he comes to Christ.

This guy’s moment seems over now (thankfully), but just in case… What’s a dream life to him? A porn dream or a lightsaber dream. What’s a nightmare to him? Being a married father raising three glorious daughters. This is what Romans 1 calls “a debased mind” and if you’re a young man who wants to live a life of fulfillment and consequence… 1) Run as far as you can from guys like this 2) Bend your knee to Jesus 3) Read 1 chapter of the Bible and pray everyday 4) Go to church 5) Find a cute girl who loves Jesus and marry young 6) Have at least 1 more child than you think you can afford 7) Channel your energy into building / accomplishing something instead of using it to complain all the time
Lucky Teter@TheMagaHulk

Nick Fuentes mocks one of his followers for getting married and having daughters. Notice the constant nose touching. The face mannerisms. The odd jaw movements. What habit does that suggest?

@SpencerAZJW @pastorlocke If you're honestly asking me and not trying to have a gotcha moment on here, I don't respect nonbiblical theology. It's a silly question. But when a father loses a son, what he needs is presence in the gospel. We don't need a son's death used in the same battering you mention.

So, do you respect a church whose nonbiblical theology batters Xian families who have lost children to addiction by claiming the child was not "saved" because of their conduct. One is wise to value biblical truth, people created in the image of God, and truth more than the respect of imperfect people (like me) in a fallen world.

Today, words fail us. It’s been a long, hard battle the last few years. In times like this, the sacrifices and the struggles don’t even matter. A few hours ago we received the most earth-shattering news that our 20 year old son, Evan Roberts Locke, could not be revived after his heart stopped due to an overdose. His struggle was very public. It was used as a warning to many, a punchline to the haters but an overall reminder that even in our deepest pain, the grace of Jesus will sustain us. I’ll address the church family with arrangement details this Sunday. Please respect our privacy. He has 5 heartbroken siblings and a world of people that helped him along his journey.

You lying piece of shit. You quite LITERALLY included a full Bible passage in my firing documents from Matthew 5:9-12 “Blessed are the Peacemakers…”. I tweeted the passage completely stand-alone and you cited it as an example of antisemitism which was violative of my contract terms. You have absolutely no right or authority to publicly lie about what I lived through. It’s been 3 years of my family dealing with your deranged stalking and public lies. You even orchestrated, reviewed, and approved the now-infamous “Christ is King” episode with Andrew Klavan. The best part about your two-year attempt to bankrupt my family through the court system are the resulting transcripts which last forever.

@SpencerAZJW @pastorlocke Just lost all respect for you. It doesn't matter how right you are or not. Weaponizing the grief of a lost son to try and hold a high horse theologically against his son's external destination is filthy and deplorable... Yes, so is misuse of scripture. It doesn't excuse you.

@pastorlocke The church that pays you states "We do not believe a person can live any way they so desire and be saved. The Bible dogmatically declares that a person will be a new creature in Christ." Does this nonbiblical theology apply to your family or does grace extend beyond conduct?

Pastor Greg Locke@pastorlocke

Public Statement from Pastor Greg Locke: My Response to Mike Winger’s Recent Attack. In recent days, Mike Winger has publicly called me out regarding a video I posted four years ago addressing serious allegations against Kenneth Copeland and Joel Osteen. This situation has been public for years and could have been addressed by him at any time. It has only resurfaced now after I challenged his continual public exposures and interruptions within the body of Christ. I owe him—and the public—no further personal information or private meetings on this matter. Here is how we arrived at this moment. Several individuals approached my wife and me with grave concerns about these men and their ministries. Chief among them was a woman who presented what she described as detailed timelines, photographs, and firsthand accounts of alleged criminal activity. Importantly, none of this material was ever placed in my personal possession, forwarded to me, or stored on any of my devices. It remained their story to tell. We simply viewed what they chose to show us in those moments and did not take ownership of it. Believing these claims to be credible and urgent at the time, I spoke out boldly in that video. What followed was four years of careful, prayerful investigation. As we pressed for verification and sought legal counsel, the stories began to shift and unravel. Key details changed, commitments were withdrawn, and it became clear that my voice had been leveraged because of my public platform and reputation for boldness. I was not being given truth; I was being used as an amplifier. I have owned this publicly. On multiple occasions I have stood before our church and repented for speaking where I should have first verified. Privately, I have sought reconciliation with a number of the individuals and families involved. Twenty-two years ago I wrote a book sharply critical of Benny Hinn. A few years ago I sat with him face-to-face, apologized, and discovered a man far different from the caricature I had helped perpetuate. That same spirit of humility and pursuit of truth has guided my private efforts over these past four years. After prayerful counsel with my spiritual advisors, I have decided it is not wise to sit down with Mike Winger, despite my earlier public challenge on X to do so. Their unanimous recommendation is rooted in the fruitlessness of further engagement on a matter that has already been thoroughly examined, repented of, and largely resolved in private. My commitment remains the same today as it has been for decades: preach the gospel, protect the flock, and walk in integrity. Where I have been wrong, I have repented. Where I have been misused, I have learned. And where reconciliation is possible, I continue to pursue it quietly and sincerely. Grace and truth to all, Pastor Greg Locke Lebanon, Tennessee

@catturd2 I'm so glad she said she's of sound mind and body over and over so that insanity defense is gone. And has a Christian, theology matters. Not everybody doing evil is a demon and not everybody claiming to see them are right. This is the fallout when people have bad theology.

Emerging from Monday Sabbath, so just now seeing all the @-replies of people who Sunday night started asking (to be fair, there was a little "demanding" :) me to immediately say something forceful after the meme debacle. Little heads up for followers... A) I have 1 day off/week (Monday), so I go generally dark, minimize phone and internet from Sunday after church through Monday night. Sometimes, people aren't avoiding something or "losing their prophetic voice"... it's just their day off. B) I've learned with almost anything that has people very emotional in the cultural realm, it's better to wait and reflect (24hrs) so you can intelligently RESPOND than it is to immediately emotionally REACT.

@howertonjosh @_jeremiahj Meh , They forget to tell you because the C-dating origin is 1260 - 1390 AD, matching its first appearance. Against Bible’s burial w/ linen strips & a separate head cloth, & the flat, image suggest it was created by an artist. Also, the figure's hair and align w/ 14thcentury art

This was a really fun discussion with @_jeremiahj. A few months ago, I was a HARD NO on the Shroud of Turin. I have to admit there are multiple things that are really hard to explain outside of a *possibility* it’s real. (Also: my faith in the resurrection depends this 0%)

This Easter, I invite you to look at Jesus, consider what he said and did, and ask for yourself what I believe is the most important question you will ever answer: Did he really leave behind an empty tomb? And if he did, what does that mean for you? This video was made possible and in collaboration with my friends at @ChildlikeMedia.

If you’ve ever wondered why progressives (media, higher ed, the arts, etc) hate and target Bible-believing Christians so much, this is why. They (we) are literally the only group left in America holding back a tidal wave of evil they’re seeking to legislate and advance. Remove evangelical Christians (or just get them to sit out elections / think “eh, the gospel is neither right nor left, doesn’t matter”), and the United States becomes Portland or Canada in one generation. And that would be the (tragic) cultural inheritance we pass down to the future Church and our grandchildren… to our shame.

@farmingandJesus Based on a 2012 benchmark of 10,000 procedures and her retirement in 2023, Dr. Robinson is estimated to have performed between 14,500 and 15,300 deaths. A 35-year death career. More than the French revolution deaths in Paris by guillotine by (Maximilien Robespierre)
