Work update 1- Tomorrow is the next round for the NYC role, meeting the extended team, digging into the details, and pitching myself. There is a very fine line between effectively selling your execution capability and sounding like an entitled wannabe genius. I hope I find that balance tomorrow. 2- On the protocol role, the agency that pitched me to the founder it is currently handling negotiations. High quality talent agencies are incredibly rare. When you find one that actually does the legwork, brings qualified leads, and operates professionally, you keep them close. You know who I mean. On top of those, two more opportunities came in: 3- Spanish country manager: Building a local community for Hispanic traders. Early stage talks. I might take this on myself recommend a friend who is a great fit. Depends on 1&2. 4- Tokenized portfolio advisory: Advising an asset manager on how to structure and manage a tokenized portfolio, with an open invitation to help shape the platform architecture from the ground up. Oh, and while playing tennis last week.. 5- I met a hedge fund owner that recently relocated from NYC to Miami and after a long conversation, she invited me to visit. Told her I always wanted to work at a hedge fund, she smiled and said I might have the perfect role for you, but you would need to move to MIAMI. Can you guess my answer? Options are compounding. I love it.

Life update for all my old friends! I started a new job this year in the crypto division of our asset management firm, and my team is responsible for product implementation, vendor onboarding, and strategy. Wife published two books last year & kids are healthy and happy. 🙏💚
