One thing is for sure to me The same group of people who found altcoins, then defi, then NFTs, then memecoins They aren’t just going to be satiated trading stocks and commodities now People in this space need the hope of 1000x gains - and the market will eventually create something to please that Think it probably comes by the end of the year

Vices and Passions 🚬 has just been dropped to all my 1/1 and Genesis edition holders. It's always a pleasure to do something small for people who had supported me along the way. Thank you everyone who helped me get where I am, I will always be grateful ❤️

For those who don't get how bad this is: Claude Subs ($20-$100/mo) used to cover tools like @openclaw Tomorrow they will shut it down 🛑 > Pay 7-50x more via Claude API or buy "usage bundles" It's like a gym selling unlimited memberships then banning everyone who actually shows up ... Anthropic can't handle the demand for their own product. Ggs, it's over.
Boris Cherny@bcherny

Starting tomorrow at 12pm PT, Claude subscriptions will no longer cover usage on third-party tools like OpenClaw. You can still use these tools with your Claude login via extra usage bundles (now available at a discount), or with a Claude API key.

Peanuts in Coke is one of the most accidentally perfect food pairings in history, and the chemistry explains why this guy can't go back. Coca-Cola sits at pH 2.5, roughly the same acidity as stomach acid. When you drop roasted peanuts into that, the phosphoric acid partially denatures the surface proteins on the nut, releasing free glutamate. You're generating umami in real time inside the glass. The salt on the peanuts suppresses bitter taste receptors on your tongue, which amplifies your perception of sweetness without adding a single gram of sugar. Coca-Cola already has 39g of sugar per can. Your brain registers it as even sweeter because the salt is clearing the noise from competing flavor signals. Then carbonation does two things. CO2 dissolved in liquid forms carbonic acid, which triggers pain receptors (TRPA1), not taste receptors. That mild irritation resets your palate between sips so you never get flavor fatigue. Every sip hits like the first. Second, the bubbles physically agitate the peanut surface, accelerating the protein breakdown and glutamate release. The longer the peanuts sit, the more umami you extract. The fat content seals it. Peanuts are 49% fat by weight. Fat is the only macronutrient that activates CD36 receptors, which your brain interprets as richness and satisfaction. Mix that with sugar, salt, acid, umami, and carbonation and you've accidentally triggered every major reward pathway in the human taste system simultaneously. Georgia farmers in the 1920s did this because they needed one hand free while working. They stumbled into the optimal salt-acid-umami-fat-carbonation loop a century before food science could explain why it worked.

If you're already in 2-3 communities, wearing their tags, supporting their founders and members, that's real. But when you're in 10+ groups, joining every giveaway, collecting every alpha call, abusing all opportunities? That's not networking. That's extraction. Being EVERYWHERE isn't a flex. When I see a billboard of tags in your bio, you're instantly filtered. Loyalty > Access. Pick your home. Go deep. That's how you actually win. And to those who chose one home & stayed, I see you 💜

I asked my AI agent (Safio) what we did over the last 10 days (notable use cases): > Managed & Audited a 300-member community > Ran whitelist raffles (based on value & activity) > Built a member leaderboard with 6 time-period filters > Drafted 20+ posts in my voice > Replied to +40 DM partnerships > Analyzed on-chain wallets activity > Generated Pics and Videos > Wrote a 5,200-word research report > Completed 3 university assignments > Rebuilt a dashboard from scratch (website) > Checked my email & calendar daily > Joined my meetings & drafted summaries > Prepared research brief for a company pivot meeting > Logged daily habit tracking (gym, swim, nutrition) > Ran tasks while I slept (research, code, reports) > Monitored token prices & alerted me on 5%+ moves > Transcribed my voice notes into action items > Summarized 50+ unread emails into what actually mattered > Drafted a pitch deck outline from a 10-minute voice memo > Translated messages to Arabic for family group chat > Reminded me of prayer times and Qur'an reading goals Cost: ~$5/day Hardware: $600 Mac Mini Team size: me + 1 AI agent When yours?

A piece of advice, if you want to set up your OpenCLaw > it's not a one-shot thing > You have to be patient > you always HAVE to update, upgrade & improve > Prepare yourself to allocate 2-3 hours a day minimum > You need to brun some $$ to test things > It's just a tool; it's on YOU to use it well or poorly > It's not an imaginary wind gonna make you money > It's not an imaginary wind gonna save your time Treat it like a kid you are raising, you need to educate, teach, set rules, structure, systems, redlines... Enjoy the journey. It's worth it imo 🦞

If you are a community founder I advise you to focus on these things to build a great community culture: 1. Set the bar high for collabs and wins. Excellence attracts excellence, mid attracts mid. 2. Acquiring members is easy. Keeping them is the real game. 3. Make it fun. No one sticks around a community that feels like a job. 4. Build it scalable & sustainable; hype dies, systems don't. 5. It has to be bigger than you. Not with your name. If it dies when you leave, you built a group chat, not a community. 6. Protect your culture violently; one toxic member costs you ten good ones. 7. Reward contributors, not grinders or chasers. 8. Create rituals, weekly calls, traditions, inside jokes. That's what makes people stay. 9. Your most loyal members are your best recruiters. Treat them like it. 10. If someone called Pucci wants to join, never invite him. Big mistake. 11. Be present. Communities feel when the founder checks out & read messages. 12. If someone's PFP is an anime girl, careful 3x. 13. Build systems, not dependency; if you disappear for a week, it should still run. 14. Give people roles and ownership. People fight for what they helped build. 15. Every community has that one guy who only shows up for giveaways. Deal with him. 16. If a member says "I'm not here for the money," they're 100% here for the money. 17. Purge regularly. A smaller engaged community beats a large dead one every time. 18. The person who types the most in general chat is either your MVP or needs to go outside. Sometimes both. 19. The moment someone says "this community is like family", congrats, you made it. Or they're about to ask for a loan ... 20. Document everything, onboarding, rules, culture, SOPs, to save your time later. 21. Celebrate wins publicly, handle problems privately.

Massive move from Claude Claude can now control your entire computer. Just tested and it actually works really well. Definitely will use it regularly Does this kill OpenClaw? Well…no for many reasons. It’s still in Anthropic’s closed garden. The future is open and model agnostic For instance on my 2nd computer I have a local version of Qwen 3.5 running. It continuously scans specific websites for business opportunities (for free) 24/7/365 If I wanted to make changes to this automation, I would send a message to my OpenClaw on Telegram. It would then SSH into my DGX Spark, download a new local model if it needs to, load it into memory, then use it as a tool whenever it wants to do a scan. If it doesn’t know how to do any step here, it’ll create its own skill This will never be possible with Claude. You simply will never be able to leverage other models when necessary that complete tasks the Claude line can’t do. (And obviously you’ll never be able to do anything locally) Also for reasons I 100% understand, there are guardrails all over Claude that would make it difficult to complete most of those tasks (a lot of what I described introduces a ton of security risks) Claude is still awesome though. Claude Code is still an amazing, if not the best way to write code. Adding these computer use tools into Claude Code makes it an even more compelling product I’m a daily Claude Code user and think EVERYONE should be including it in their daily routine But it’s simply not a general purpose, open, customizable, self improving agent I would use Claude over OpenClaw if: • You have no interest in tinkering with or customizing your AI agent • Are paying for the $200 a month Max plan and have no interest in using other AI models • If your entire workflow is at the computer (still find the remote/telegram Claude stuff unreliable at the moment) But if you think this is a replacement for OpenClaw I think it proves you don’t even really know what OpenClaw is, let alone have ever used it If I’m you I’m muting/blocking every engagement farmer who will quote the post below with “OPENCLAW IS DEAD” and then put some cringe reaction gif of John Hamm dancing or Ryan gosling slowly taking his sunglasses off since I guess those reaction videos are now an algo hack.
Claude@claudeai

You can now enable Claude to use your computer to complete tasks. It opens your apps, navigates your browser, fills in spreadsheets—anything you'd do sitting at your desk. Research preview in Claude Cowork and Claude Code, macOS only.
