"But you are destroying the culture." Been thinking about this line from a Gary Vee clip for a few days. He's talking about firing someone who crushes sales but poisons the culture. In Web3, we reward the opposite. Attention beats integrity. Maybe that's why building culture here feels so hard.

@scgphotographer Personally I don't think putting yourself in harms way of a toxic culture will be worth the reward here.

@wiimee I suppose we will have to continue acting with integrity and eventually we will win, although not in the short term.

@elonmusk It surfaces what you "recently looked at". That doesn't mean I want my whole TL to be that. The new delayed impressions are also irritating, before you could tell within an hour or two if a post would perform well.

Remember when crypto felt like an adventure? Every cycle it gets a new patch. Supposed to fix things. But somehow it just gets worse. Less fun and more extractive. At some point you have to ask yourself: do I actually enjoy this anymore? I don't.

@cryptoShields You and I both, but if you constantly feel "Is this it?" it should make you aware that something is off.

@wiimee I used to enjoy it. Until I realized I cared too much …

@raychix We really do. I'm pretty close to enjoy 0 things about crypto despite it being my work. The only thing worthwhile are people, but you could have that without any of the other stuff bugging you 24/7.
